2023
In 2023, after 7 months of hard work, despite the epidemic lockdown and COVID-19 infection, the polyol workshop successfully started the furnace on the evening of January 8, the first batch of PU composite materials were sent to customers on the evening of January 16, and the TPU workshop successfully completed trial production on the evening of February 8. So far, Hengtaiyuan has a total of 270 employees, and sales have increased by 50% compared to 2022.
2022
In May, the company's project team officially moved into the construction site and started factory building and equipment installation work.
2018
In March, Henan Hengtaiyuan Polyurethane Co., Ltd. was established (later renamed Henan Hengtaiyuan New Materials Co., Ltd.).
2014
The company's foreign trade business was officially launched, and its products were exported to Pakistan, India, Chile and other countries. In the same year, the company's domestic and foreign sales exceeded 50,000 tons, with annual sales of approximately 1 billion yuan.
2008
In August, the company moved to the Science and Technology Park, No. 1 Road, Wenling Industrial Park, Zhejiang Province, and was officially renamed Zhejiang Hengtaiyuan Polyurethane Co., Ltd. The company set up Workshop No. 1, the polyurethane production workshop, with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons/year; Workshop No. 2, the canning workshop, began to produce product packaging by itself.
2003
In May, Taizhou Zhuguang Polyurethane Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Hengtaiyuan) was established in Shentongmen Village, Xicheng Street Office, Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, with a designed output of 2,500 tons per year and annual sales of approximately RMB 45 million.
