Hengtaiyuan Polyurethane Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2003. It is a comprehensive joint venture between Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and China that integrates polyurethane research and development, production, sales and technical services. The company's products include polyester polyols, polyurethane sole stock solution, metal packaging containers, etc. Among them, the leading product polyurethane sole stock solution is widely used in various soles, automotive interior parts, solid wheels and other fields. The company has established 18 sales offices in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan and other places. At the same time, it has established long-term cooperative relations with customers in Russia, India, Pakistan, Vietnam and other countries. The company is located in the Science and Technology Park, No. 1 Road, Industrial City, Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, with convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of about 100 acres and the garden-style standard factory area is 100,000 square meters. Since its establishment, the company has passed the certification of high-tech enterprises, Zhejiang Province brand products, ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and environmental system certification, SGS certification, and established a provincial R&D center in Zhejiang Province. The company's trademark has been internationally registered in Brazil, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Iran, Russia, African Intellectual Property Organization, Colombia, India, Egypt, etc.; and has dozens of intellectual property rights and honors awarded by governments and departments at all levels. Some of its products have passed the random inspection of the quality supervision department and won the title of "National Supervision and Inspection Quality Stable Qualified Well-known Brand".
With the company's growing strength and the continuous expansion of the product sales market, the market's requirements for variety differentiation and performance are constantly improving. In 2018, the company invested 370 million yuan in the Nylon New Materials Industrial Development Zone in Pingdingshan, Henan, and registered Henan Hengtaiyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. to build a new annual production of 100,000 tons of sole concentrate, 115,000 tons of polyester polyols, 80,000 tons of degradable plastics, and 6 million metal packaging barrels to expand the company's product extension areas. Henan Hengtaiyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. relies on the strong technical background and sales network of its parent company Zhejiang Hengtaiyuan Polyurethane Co., Ltd. to further absorb and introduce advanced technologies and production equipment at home and abroad, and build a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and after-sales service. The products will be widely used in automobiles, wires and cables, medical, electronics, sportswear and leisure, films, soles, pipes and other fields. The Henan Hengtaiyuan New Materials Project will be completed in 2022 and officially put into production in February 2023. So far, Hengtaiyuan has become a leading enterprise in the domestic and foreign polyurethane raw material liquid and TPU industries.
