R&D Strength
Hengtaiyuan has become a research-oriented company integrating formula research, process development, engineering, and product application development, and has established innovative platforms such as the provincial polyurethane engineering technology research center, enterprise technology center, and postdoctoral innovation practice base.
The R&D center is equipped with first-class experimental facilities and testing instruments in China, including GPC from Thermo Fisher Scientific, DSC from PerkinElmer, NIR from ABB, SEM from FEI, GC from Shimadzu, viscometer, wear resistance tester, water pressure resistance tester, ultraviolet yellowing resistance tester, ultraviolet yellowing resistance tester, Martindale wear tester, low-temperature bending tester, friction fading tester, high-speed oil pressure flat printing machine, elastomer casting machine, peel strength tester, microscopic melting point tester, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, ultrasonic cleaner, cone-plate viscometer, constant temperature and humidity chamber, softening point tester, textile air permeability tester, water vapor transmission rate tester, and other advanced testing equipment.
Scientific Research Achievements
Since its establishment, the company has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certifications, SGS certification, and obtained the Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Enterprise Certificate.
After more than ten years of development, the company has developed dozens of polyurethane shoe sole raw materials, including ultra-low-density products and cold-resistant products, and owns dozens of intellectual property rights and honors awarded by various levels of governments and departments. Some of these products have been the first to pass the national quality inspection department's random inspections and won the title of "Nationally Supervised and Inspected Quality Stable and Qualified Famous Brand".

Establishment Stage
Completed the capital accumulation process in the early stages of the enterprise's establishment, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise's transformation and upgrading.
2003
In 2003, the company was established, formerly known as Taizhou Zhuangguang Polyurethane Co., Ltd.
2007
In 2007, it was renamed Zhejiang Hengtaiyuan Polyurethane Co., Ltd., and the groundbreaking ceremony and commencement of construction of the Phase I factory building in the Industrial Park took place.
Transformation Stage
Introduce advanced foreign technologies and equipment, expand the scale of the enterprise.
2008
In 2008, it moved into the current factory building in the Industrial Park and won the "Municipal Large Taxpayer" and "Municipal Key Industrial Enterprise" awards.
2009
In 2009, it won the "Municipal Large Taxpayer" and "Municipal Key Industrial Enterprise" awards.
Development Stage
Successfully developed dozens of polyurethane shoe sole materials.
2010
In 2010, it won the "Environmental Protection Advanced Unit," "Municipal Key Industrial Enterprise," "Top 100 Taxpayers," and "Nationally Supervised and Inspected Product Quality Stable and Qualified Famous Brand" awards, and applied for and obtained approval for the "Annual Output of 100,000 Tons of Polyurethane Technical Transformation Project," with the groundbreaking ceremony and commencement of construction of the Phase II factory building in the Industrial Park.
2011
In 2011, it won the "Municipal Star Industrial Enterprise," "Top 100 Taxpayers," and "Advanced Foreign-Invested Enterprise" awards, and passed the "Taizhou Municipal Independent Innovation (Project) Pilot Enterprise" and "Municipal High-tech Research and Development Center" certifications.
