Job requirements
Job responsibilities:
1. Complete the company's various legal affairs, legal risk avoidance, contract management and other legal management work.
2. Responsible for the review of relevant legal documents; provide legal advice to various departments of the company.
3. Responsible for the subsequent collection of the company's bad debts, litigation and non-litigation cases.
4. Responsible for the tracking and investigation of the property of the person being executed; contact the court to urge the execution of effective cases.
Qualifications:
1. Male, bachelor degree or above, passed the national judicial examination, with more than two years of legal practice experience;
2. Work steadily and have a professional spirit; have strong communication skills, work responsibility, and adapt to business trips.
3. This position is full-time, part-time lawyers are not considered.
Annual income 120,000-200,000, specific to be negotiated.
