1. Application of Polyurethane sole material
Polyurethane sole material includes three kinds of components which are polyester polyol or polyether polyol (A component）isocyanate (B component）and catalyst（C component）.Add C component and other additives into A component according to the certain proportion.After completely mixing them well,put them into A component tube of the sole injection molding machine. Then directly add the melted B component after heating into the corresponding B component tube. The sole will be made into shape after the best ratio is set on the machine.
2. Raw material Storage Condition
Materials should be stored in the cool and well-ventilated places which will be prevented from being filled with water and open flames.
3. Raw material melting method
Polyurethane A component and B component used for sole are solidified between 5-30℃.So before using,they should be heated and melted. But there is no need to neither solidify nor melt C component.
Polyurethane: the temperature of A component is from 60℃to 70℃. Its time is from 6hr to 8hr.The temperature of B component is from 60℃to 70℃. Its time is from 6hr to 8hr.
Polyether:the temperature of A component is from 50℃to 60℃. Its time is from 5hr to 6hr.The temperature of B component is from 60℃to 70℃. Its time is from 6hr to 8hr.
Melting under the high temperature and the long-time heating will lead to deterioration of resin material and the abnormal in the process of sole molding or quality issue for the finished soles. So the melting requirement that the temperature must be kept below 70℃ within 24 hours should be strictly followed.
Special Material: it will be performed in accordance with the specification.
4. Catalyst ratio method
The required amount of catalyst and pigment are added into A component. Timely put them into A component tube in the foaming machine after mixing them well by the high-speed agitator (maybe 3-5 minutes). Tighten and seal it.The amount of the added C component should be appropriate in order to avoid difficulty in operation or poor quality due to more or less.
Matching ratio is based on the optimal matching value which will vary with the category and additive amount of paint additives added.
Free foam density will vary with the seasons (temperature, humidity).
Stripping time will be extended with the increase of the thickness of moldings.
Folding endurance conditions: bending angle is 90 degrees and the frequency is 80 times / min * 40 thousand times
